About The Programme
STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) education has been promoted heavily in the past decade or so. In recent years, more and more educators have placed an increasing emphasis on Arts as well, giving rise to the new STEAM concept. This Storytelling with Photon programme is designed to marry technology with arts, equipping our young learners with skills of the 21st Century by exposure to language arts while picking up computational thinking skills.
Programme Objective
This programme aims to equip students with introductory computational thinking skills, at the same time learning self-expression and honing creativity. Through the 3 different levels, the programme adopts a progressive model where students will go from being fully coached to fully able to develop a storyline and showcase it on their own with the use of Photon robots.
